Discovering the client’s objectives, goals and issues and reconfirming the client experience
Discover is a further meeting between the potential client and your business, where a deeper level of understanding is reached on both sides.
You will receive the following tools:
- Discovery meeting client information pack – comprising client preparation guides as well as an agenda for the meeting.
- Discovery meeting business information pack – comprising checklists for greeting the potential client and meeting preparation, a guide to the meeting, a form to capture what’s important to the potential client and a guide to fees and the next steps.
This step also includes additional forms to be used if the client is ready to move to the proposal stage.
