Preparing and presenting the advice and understanding the proposal
The Proposal step is used after you have met and discovered everything you need to know about the client, and are ready to propose your advice.
It contains a series of documents to ensure the client is fully informed about your service, and understands exactly what is being offered to them.
You will receive the following tools:
- Advice preparation – checklist, agenda, letter accompanying, the agenda and meeting preparation checklist.
- Advice presentation – guide, checklist, explaining the advice, questions to ensure the client understands the advice and next steps.
This step also includes client letters you can use to proceed to the next step, formalise.
