Here’s a short video (around 2 minutes) to help your business grow.
If you prefer to read it, keep going.
Today’s video is about the importance of removing unnecessary frustration clients may experience when working with you. If you can fix it, do!

Have you been to the bank lately, or opened an account somewhere, or had to fill in some paperwork?
Maybe you’ve been to see an adviser or a lawyer or a real estate agent and you’ve had to fill in their forms.
So, obviously they need some important information, like you do when you work with your clients.
But, I don’t know about you, just recently I had to fill in some forms, and kind of like when you’re filling in the forms when you’re departing or arriving into a new country, there’s no room to put your full name, even though they say, “write your full name”.
Or, you can’t write your entire address, or you start using capital letters and you can’t actually complete all the information they need in the space they’ve provided.
And, I get really frustrated, because I think, when was the last time a human actually looked at this and saw how difficult it was to complete, but then changed it?
So, one of the things that I could recommend is going through anything where your client has got to complete something paper-based.
So, if you’re already online, perfect.
But, if there’s anything they’ve got to complete that’s paper-based that you need them to complete, and that you’re in control of … ’cause I know sometimes you’re at the mercy of other service providers … but, if you’ve got the control, have a look at how it feels from their point of view to complete that paperwork or that information.
And, if it’s not that great, or there’s not enough room to write all the information or to capture the detail you need, then change it.
Because, it’s only something small, but it’s really frustrating.
And it makes me think like “wow, have you actually thought about what this would feel like from my point of view if I was the client?”
And, you don’t want your clients thinking that.
You only want them thinking amazing things, because you make such a great difference in their life.
So, whatever you do with that, Make It Count.
