This is perfect if you need to reset your thinking, open your mind and consider all you do from your clients perspective.
We take a microscope to your business and examine each part to ensure it engages with your clients hearts and minds.
To make sure your message, your offer (advice and service), your website, your pricing and your communications are all delivered with your human hat on and in a language that helps clients understand the real value of your advice.
We leave you at the end of the day armed with fresh thinking and a clear approach to what needs to be done NOW.
How we make it happen:
- One full day together. During COVID, it will be conducted over 2-3 virtual sessions on Zoom. All the goodness, no physical contact and from any location.
- An action plan outlining what needs to be done
- Three follow up sessions (1hr each – virtual) so you stick to your commitments
- Conduct a value survey with your existing clients to uncover what they value
- Access to relevant time saving tools or templates as appropriate
- ‘On-call’ access for guidance, support, feedback and a helping hand
