Organisational culture plays a critical role in the success of any business. However, at times it can be difficult to define, often being expressed through “unwritten ground rules” or unspoken assumptions.
Employers and employees can also frequently have different perceptions of an organisation’s culture. Nonetheless, business leaders and management can address these issues and create their ideal organisational culture.
