Today’s video is a tip I have found works a treat when it comes to planning for your success in the coming year.

As you can tell it’s definitely near the end of the year and the one bit of advice I can give is to make sure that you start the New Year, if you haven’t already done so, by putting a plan in place.

By getting really clear and getting out of your head what you want the next year to look like.

And some advice is to make sure you that break it down into chunks of no more than 90 days.

Because honestly if it’s much more than that it puts it too far out of reach.

The other thing that I would suggest is to make sure you measure how are you going along the way.

Because what happens with a lot of business planning is you start today and look at where you want to be at some point in the future and it’s a long time before you’re going to get there.

And because that gap is so clear and so obvious, it can be quite overwhelming at the same time.

So break it down into no more than 90-day chunks, see how you’re going along the way and give yourself some kudos for the progress that you’ve made.

Because after all, it’s progress that you’re aiming for, not perfection.

However, on that note, have the most perfectly wonderful holiday and break if you’re going to get the chance to have one and come back to the new year feeling fresh and ready for an absolute blitzing New Year.
