Today’s video is about an old trick in the book that you can use to get more people jumping out of their skin wanting to refer others to you. 

If you want to get more of your ideal clients referring you, here’s a tip that you can use that leverages the power of exclusivity.

So, as humans, when something is scarce or maybe it’s exclusive like a VIP or something like that, we tend to want it more or place a higher value on it.

So, when you are sharing with perspective referrals that you would like more business, what about letting them know that you only work with a select number of people each year and you do that so that those who you work with really get your time and focus as they should.

So over the next 12 months, we’ve only got 10 places left to invite new clients in.

When you do that, firstly you’re giving some reassurance to your existing clients that you are not going to be so busy to still look after them, because that is a genuine concern.

But secondly, you’re putting the concept with exclusivity into the mix which makes them think ‘wow’ only ten, gee I better going to and tell Paul and Penny about this great adviser because they might miss out, and that would be disastrous.
