Here’s a short video (just a tad over 2 minutes) with a practical idea to help your business grow.
I’ve also included the written version if you prefer to read it.
Give it a go – and make every minute count!
In today’s video, I outline a simple way to keep your clients enthusiastic and fully engaged so they stay with you long term and send heaps of referrals along the way.
MAKE IT COUNT – PRACTICAL POINTERS TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS IN ONLY MINUTES
A really simple and easy way to make sure that clients really connect and stay engaged in your process, is to make sure that when you have those progress meetings or some of you might call it a review meeting, to tap into and to show them the things that they did achieve over the last 12 months with you.
Now some of you probably do this already, but I mean the stuff that they’ve done in their life, not the financial achievements, so not what their portfolio value has increased to or the value of the share prices of X, Y, and Z.
I mean the things they’re able to tick off in their life that were important.
So maybe that was going on a holiday to Disneyland rather than Bali, or maybe it was that they have 4 or 5 mini breaks throughout the year, maybe they cut back from working from 5 days a week to 4 days a week.
Maybe they are able to buy themselves that new car, whatever it was that was important (to them).
But really hone in on the fact that they were able to achieve these things because of the help and guidance that you’ve provided them along the way.
And this really does take the pressure off looking at the performance of their money and their finances, which yes of course is the really important part of what you do, but if you do that well, then you’re doing it to enable them to live life doing the things that they want to do, when they want.
And it’s a really really powerful way to keep clients connected and engaged.
And even better if you can get photos of some of these achievements, and if you don’t actually have them achieving it in the photo, at least just photo or pictures or videos to put into that when your explaining “hey this is what we help you do this year,” gee it takes what you do and the relationship that you have to another level.
So whatever you do with that, Make It Count.
