How to keep your clients excited about continuing to work with you

In today’s video, I share one way to help keep your clients enthusiastic about the next stage in their journey so they continue working with you for life. 


I bet you want your prospective clients to continue on moving through your process so that they can become a life-long client that you work with.

One of the ways that you can do this is to always make sure that you book the next appointment or set the next deadline when you’re with them together.

Because when they then leave, they know there’s  something they need to do, even if that’s just that they need to turn up for an appointment, or they need to return some information.

But put dates in the diary, because psychologically, that keeps them in the momentum, so that they know that there’s things to do that are going to continue them down in this journey.

And I’m sure that after they’ve had that first appointment with you, they want to continue on because they know how much value and how many benefits you’re going to bring to their table that they couldn’t do on their own.

But get those appointments set because, if you’ve ever given a client something to do, maybe they’re going to provide you some information or complete some paperwork, have you ever found out they don’t do it?

Well, if you have you’re not alone, because it’s really common.

But set a date or a deadline for them to either come back and see you or to send you something, and if not, you need to follow up, really, really beneficial and it does work.

Psychologically, it works.

Anyway, whatever you do with that, Make It Count.
